This app requires Home Inspector Pro Mobile and the HIP Cloud or Office System.
The Client Presentation App displays a live slideshow to your clients and agents as you perform your inspection. Install this app on an extra device, preferably a tablet with a larger screen.
Join a Team Inspection on the app and set it up in a central location like the kitchen counter.
As you and/or your team inspect the home the client and agent can see a slideshow of photographs you take of issues, their captions and summary comment items. This allows the client and agent to relax instead of following you around the home, onto the roof, into the crawlspace, etc to learn all about the home.
When you finish the inspection your client will be better informed to ask you questions about the home allowing for a more productive conversation about the property they're looking at buying.
If you have an out of town buyer you can give them the information to install the app onto their device and they can watch your progress remotely as you work through the inspection as well!
