Their app allowed my underage kid to use it without my permission, and now they've suspended my account. I've tried reaching out to their team multiple times, providing explanations and offering to provide more info, but they've ignored all my emails. absolutely just scams you for your money. I have paid for gems, then it costs 200 per minute for video calls, and it is rounded for the minute. when i call, i got charged and had to buy more, then when the person picks up they just hung up and i was charged again for the call, so basically it was hours of confusion and just , money down the drain so that this bad app can make profit. it did not even match me with real girls, it matched me with fake girls from foreign countries that didn't speak English they just wanted money

App is really good, a lot better than most I would say. I purchased the monthly subscription, but I got ban for no reason, and when you appeal the ban they hit you with a generic message saying that they can't help you and you have to pay to get unban. I contacted the customer support IN THE APP, but they kept telling me to Contact them in the app and that they couldn't help me. It's so frustrating! You are better off contacting your bank and telling them the App scam people!
