HOLTEC mobile services is the digital platform of HOLTEC GmbH & Co. KG. This includes various services that support and simplify servicing your HOLTEC system. The following areas are currently available in the app:
HOLTEC eParts:
This is an innovative platform for documenting, maintaining and managing your system. eParts is used to provide maintenance and operating instructions, spare parts lists and other technical information about your system, supported by graphic and structural representation. In addition, spare parts can be collected directly in the app via this service and requested from our service.
HOLTEC RemotePlus:
Use the expertise of our colleagues for support without them having to be on site. With RemotePlus, our colleagues can view your service case directly with data glasses and "remotely control" one of your employees with instructions. Our employees can use the data glasses to set markers and take screenshots in order to be able to solve your problem precisely. Travel costs and travel times are eliminated and the service assignment can be handled flexibly.
HOLTEC ticket system:
Spare parts orders from eParts, RemotePlus sessions or general inquiries can be managed via the ticket system. This also gives you the option of leaving comments on existing tickets and attaching support documents. Of course, it is still possible to submit service requests directly by e-mail or telephone.
