This is a totally useless app. I constantly get "session expired" messages and have to keep entering OTPs. Now, even after filling petrol at the pump, it's the same thing when I try to scan. PhonePe and Google Pay don't pull such annoying stunts. Thanks for your USELESS reply.. Several times I wrote to your provided email address.. No resolutions received. the answer I got from email is to call the customer care number and after calling the customer care representative said write an email. 😂🤣

I made a booking using this application and that booking is not showing anywhere in the application, not even to the gas agency side or customer care side. it's been more than 8 days now. I raised a complaint and still there is no response. Haven't heard back from HP pay. Worst application on playstore. most of the features listed on the dashboard are not even functioning.

Many HP petrol pumps are not accepting payments through this app. Instead, they're asking customers to pay by cash or UPI to their personal accounts. Some even claim the app is down, stating that payments may not transact correctly and could result in duplicate payments if pending. It would be better to use alternative payment methods.
