The HSW Connect app helps users of our smart vaccination devices customize settings for better usability according to their needs and preferences. It also allows for partial documentation creation. The app transfers useful device data such as the number of animals vaccinated, doses administered, vaccine used, etc., and utilizes this data to generate transparent reports on vaccination activities within a farm. These reports can be exported via email. Depending on the device's functions, the app can display sensor values, change settings, or check the device's functionality using on-demand self-diagnosis. Additionally, it provides direct access to the device's user manuals, further assistance, and a direct service contact for personal help if needed. Finally, the app enables remote software updates for your device to keep all functions up to date and to allow the introduction of new features.
