Ratings and reviews

Very slow, app tan does not close automatically. One needs to always close an empty page after code input. Transfer limits are different than on the web page - so often requires to use both the page and the app. Often see maintenace info and can not login. Crashes on share documents. Unresponsive on viewing PDFs. I could continue with other examples...

Really buggy application. They have introduced AppTan and even though I have enabled it, on my account, it still asks me every time I login it to enable it. Not to mention that it also reduced significantly the daily limit of money I can transfer. Really annoying! What's the point to introduce some security mechanism in your app, just to reduce the daily transfer limit due to security reasons?!?

The app itself is not terrible, however that doesn't mean it's good and the actual bank offering these services has major issues, STAY FAR AWAY if you can. They are in the process of closing all their locations so ATMs without fees become harder to find, there are like 4 different pins you need to know and if you put it in wrong more than 3 times, you are permanently locked out... Not possible to get any help outside of the 0800-2000 Mon-Fri business hours either. terrible bank, ok app
