Companies in many industries like Retail, FMCG, Government etc. do not have customers database to collect feedback about their services, to collect customer/target segment information/facts, to test a new product in the market.

They have to work with market research agencies to conduct field interviews and collect required information. This process in itself time consuming and costly to implement. In many instances, the data that is collected is inaccurate and not meaningful which leads to further delays and has cost impact. They are dependent on the field agents whom they do not know much about to conduct interviews, audit stores or try a new product.
Through this product, we are looking to develop a network of interviewers who can take interviews on behalf of the companies. Companies can role out the studies themselves and see the results in real time. TAT for a primary market research project is expected to reduced significantly.
We are looking to engage people/companies with expertise in their domain app development, UI/UX creation, testing, content development, project management etc.
