Hallo is a good app to learn English and to improve it ( it's not for dating) but recently there are many bugs. I wrote an email twice describing a problem with my payments, but there is still no response. I bought Premium this week and Hallo deducted 5 dollars from my wallet and 6 dollars more from my credit card. In addition, there is also a problem with extending the subscriptions and any payment option does not work. I feel like there is no customer service.

It's been two days it is acting up strange as InstaMatch option is removed which was free for everyone to use. In addition, I have used it for two consecutive days, but unfortunately I didn't receive any points for them. One day, it demonstrated that you received 13 points after I practiced for 15-20 mins. The latter day, it was the same old same old. However, when I saw my points which were not added. If these things don't get fixed, users will sooner or later look for other alternatives.

Great app to practice English 👍🏻 But there's two bad things: 1) some people are mistaking it with dating apps, I think you can't do much about it because it's related to people's mindsets! 2) you can't control voice when you make the call through " InstaMatch", I use my Bluetooth headset but it just doesn't detect them and sometimes plays sounds through internal and sometimes through loud speakers and it's really annoying that I should think twice before having a call!
