I have been playing the game for 3 days and really enjoy it. However, today I encountered an issue. I spent about 20 minutes completing “Agony Floor 2,” during which I farmed a lot of items and gold. After finishing, a loading screen appeared, and the game failed to load. When I restarted the game, all of my 20 minutes of progress was lost. Edit : Happened second time ...

Very happy with the game, equipment upgrades and all. My game doesn't even load anymore it crashes and shuts down without any warning. I have to clear my cache in game folder to be able to get in the game every time, which is annoying, but not as annoying as when after finishing a map it won't load back to the starting location and shuts down. Won't even let me load Dissonance Chamber map so I am unable to progress. I would love to continue the grind ASAP please fix!

"Hello, you are number 1 in the queue, and you will be automatically connected when you are in the queue" I am waiting two hours for someone to talk to. Amazing game. Awful customer service. I've lost my progress in an agony stage with less than a minute left and I am trying to reach someone to ask why but to no avail.. I am also looking for some way to inform them about bugs but I can't find one. The inventory is a mess..
