Pic of front of check was easy. The back, however, was at least 35 shots, no corners, too close, too far, more of the same over & over again! The darn reminders to endorse the check and write about the mobile deposit won't go away and makes it hard to see the corner lines...that do not always even show up!

Occasionally there are small problems, but most of the time that can be solved by calling their main branch. Great app, have had it since it debuted.

So simple, you could compare its ease of use, with a tech explaining something complicated, in laymen terms. Apps in general, add all the information they can, as soon as they can. This isn't confusing, but annoying. HB, is upfront, and easily accessible.
