I have connected my phone to the Wi-Fi of the drone. a little pop-up menu says video transmission failed. please tell me why this is happening. I have turned off all VPN services and how you even tried turning on airplane mode, still nothing. My drone and controller are completely connected I have followed the beginner tutorial and read the entire manual. no other apps are working, just like this one. I need this to work, it's for a job and I need it soon.
