Ratings and reviews

Very ambiguous with their processes. I got all the way through the sign up and verification, no tutorial or introduction to the platform. Just an empty user dashboard. I had to go to the FAQs to find out literally anything about this investment platform. All to find out I jumped through all the hoops to discover they have a 3 YEAR HOLDING PERIOD and "Withdrawal requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the availability of funds and our Share Repurchase Program". Nah.

Totally irritate! I have requested a redemption since November of last year and still have yet to receive it. Now I go into the app to request support and get nowhere. It tells me if I am looking to speak with someone to go back to their website and then I click on the chat options and still get nowhere. Why has it taken a year? why hasn't my money been making money this entire time of waiting for someone to put my redemption through? My money has been in your hands working for you not for me.

absolutely terrible from the beginning. no customer support no communication and yes it feels like a big scam. now the app does not even show up normally in the play store I have to look it up on the web and open it to get to this page here. I invested a few shares maybe three years ago and have been locked in ever since. tried getting out and they wouldn't let me and now poof there ghosts. beware this developer most likely is not legit and we need to class action them Immediately for our money!
