Ratings and reviews

The old app was much more user friendly and offered more details on your accounts, like the running total of your balance after each transaction. You're not able to rearrange which account you'd like to see first so I have to scroll to the bottom to see checking. You have to verify your credentials EVERY SINGLE TIME you log in. What's the point of the finger print verification option? This app is horrible in comparison to the old version. I'm not sure why they always mess up a good thing.

the new bill pay deleted the option to forecast balance WITH SCHEDULED DEPOSITS. It used to make it so easy to reconcile my acct. now it is a lot more work or I get into teouble w the bank, fees bounced checks and non payment from bill pay, etc. I need to find another bank after 13 years.. :( (PNC)

Keep improving the structure of it. Updating the system secured it more than ever. Continue to make it easier for us as customers. To login, you and also possibly reach customer service is necessary.
