Works wonderfully smooth and fast. Yoyo provides the app for Caffe Nero and in that case there is always some glitch and swipes between pages very slow, but this app is just bliss to use. Whatever they have tweaked, it just works a million, and it's a pleasure to use. Also more practical + easy to use than other coffee chains' apps. And as a consequence I've starting going to H&H much more often. Well done (and very good food and coffees too!) :-)

I have found the app easy to use, straight forward and sometimes with great rewards. They would not force you to put your payment details on there if you don't wan to which is much appreciated. On the other hand if you connect your payment method to the app, it is very easy and convenient as you both collect points and pay just with a simple code scan. Overall, very happy with the app.

I was enjoying this app until this recent UI update. My biggest issue with it is when you want to pay you have the usual long wait for the app to load, but now you have to also wait for a load of adverts to load which block the app meanwhile, preventing you getting to your wallet fast. That doesn't include the time needed to get the finicky scanners to work. When you're in the queue it's rather embarrassing holding up the line. I'm not interested in the gumf I just want to get my barcode and pay.
