I have been trying to make a withdrawal for 3 days now and keep getting 'service error' message. Have emailed customer support multiple times and have heard nothing back. Apart from the one email address there doesn't seem to be any other way of contacting this company. Very frustrating. *Edit* I have now been trying to make a withdrawal for 7 days and am still getting 'service error' message. Absolutely no reply from customer support after countless messages asking for help.

This app was great when it used to work, now it just gives you a white loading screen before kicking you out to the log on page again. Been trying for 24 hours to get on. I loaded it on my Husbands phone which it worked on, but nothing on mine. It used to work fine on my phone so no clue! Other android reviews are saying the same thing so must be a bug somewhere, extremely frustrating when you need urgent access to your wages.
