Every single time I log in, first I have to click through a screen that says "an error occurred". Then I have to log in, which I have set up as my fingerprint. Half the time it works... Other times it completely forgets that I exist and makes me put my username, password and security questions in again. And sometimes, it just won't even get beyond the log in screen.

I dont know why offer a mobile banking app when it literally never works. The only time I can log on is if I uninstall and reinstall the app... otherwise I am CONSTANTLY getting an error message. I am not sure what is happening when the app is being updated, but whatever it is renders the app useless. I called in once to an actual bank and mentioned it and after that, it intermittently worked for a short time.

this app is regressing instead of progressing. horrible. I do all my banking on mobile app. I am on multiple family members acct and had no clue who was who. Gone are the last 4 of the acct numbers, very bad idea. And more more logging in with 4 digit PIN. I do not use fingerprint authentication. This is definitely NOT user friendly, very frustrating. You should check out Citizens Bank Mob app...its wonderful!
