About this app

This is the application you must have on your device to control the action camera.

It offers real-time viewing of the video streaming from the camera, start recordings, take photos, see the photo you took and download the video or image.

How to connect:
1. Activate the camera's wifi
2. Connect your smartphone to the camera's wifi. The connection password is in the manual.
3. Open the HelloCam application
4. Click the 'connect' button

Camera functions with the app:
1. Live view of the camera
2. In live view mode, you can trigger the camera to take videos or photos
3. Continuous shooting mode
4. Timer trigger mode
5. Change the video quality
6. Change the image quality
7. You can format the camera's SD card
8. List the photo and video files
9. Download or delete the files
10. Photo reproduction
11. Video playback with audio

Ratings and reviews

This app does not work with modern phones, it absolutely refuses to connect to any camera with anything newer than a Pixel 5. The app does work well on my older LG G4, however It is unacceptable to expect anyone to carry 2 phones just to use a single app. This app is the perfect example of what we in the software industry call an "MVP" AKA "Minimal Viable Product"

This app is awesome and works great! You can even view a video you are making in the app...like watch it live ( kind of like a baby monitor) all of these people leaving bad reviews obviously aren't doing it right! It's not connecting because you have to connect to the cameras wifi on your phones internet setting enter the password on your phone then it will connect. So if your connected to your home internet switch to the cameras internet...then you can use this awesome app!

Guys, people are having problems connecting to their camera and bad rating on this app.The first thing to do is turn on wifi on your camera and go to your wifi bar and then find the cameras name by looking on its screen, and it has the information about the wifi network so connect your wifi and put your password and stuff and when its connected, now go to the app and press "Connect the camera" and it will work.
