i really like this game, but it crashes CONSTANTLY. it crashes if I'm not playing at home, crashes after I watch certain ads(super annoying), and even crashed when I was about to buy something. sometimes it lags which makes me worry it's going to crash. it would probably be a 4-5 star for me without all the bugs. EDIT: I think the story is WAY ahead, I just started the jewelry store and the story is at the end of the fast food store.

not for long-term commitment. if you want a cute looking merge-puzzle to burn a little time before uninstalling and trying a different one out, give it a spin. but if you're looking for your next go-to, skip it. I've only been playing for about a week and already noticed TONS of bugs and problems, and a quick browse of the subreddit and critical reviews will make the state of this game clear. also, yes, hello devbot, I know this is Hello Kitty Dream Store, thanks 🙄

it's such a cute app with tons of adorable features. It's not just merging, but merging items for customers who want different things, it's easy to get energy and easy to get extra rewards. The Sanrio characters are easy to get and have a big roll, and as you merge you can learn more about them, there's also challenges to compete with other players. Plenty of tiny mini games within the merging experience, definitely worth downloading! Barely any ads!
