horrible app but works if you can figure it out. when you add a pizza in the collection menu it goes back to the same screen after you click add to basket. if you just click back in the top left it takes you to the menu and the pizza has been added. awful app though and they don't take orders over the phone anymore 😭

App stopped working a few months ago - my favourite and closest pizza place has lost a few orders as a result. I think it's specifically adding the collection offer to the basket that seems to break it. Realised today you can order via the website and that seems to work 🤞

Awful app - just doesn't work! My order disapeared from the basket and I was then presented with a blank screen. Tried several times and then gave up. Phoned Hailsham instead but the manager told me it was more than his job was worth to take the order over the phone! Uninstalled the app and went somewhere else for our takeaway tonight and will not try to order from Rustico again. Shame because we used to like their pizzas.....
