AirBnB, VRBO, Bookings.com has the facility where house owners can register their house where they can receive the Guest as Hotels do and make extra cash which can give them more money what they will be getting by renting out the place. This money does not come cheap rather one has to work for it.
Very first, the property has to look good and clean to make it presentable to guest. The property owner has to work hard to arrange for the cleaning services to clean the place immediately after the guest is checked out to make it ready just like new, for the next booking. Sometime the house needs to be fixed with regular maintenance like fixing shower or the sink, toilet or washing machine or AC repair. If this is a hotel these services are part of the big structure of the hotel but individual property owners don’t not have access to that kind of RELIABLE services. So the effort is to provide a platform for the AirBnB, VRBO, Booking.com etc (primarily) to provide seamless access to service with automatic booking as this is mandatory service once the guest is checked out.
