Love the concept but like the old Bluetooth only app, this is very glitchy. Much of the time it won't connect to the unit. And yes, I have the latest release. Had some, but limited success, closing the app several times and forcing it to stop in settings, and turning Bluetooth off and on again, but in all honesty, I can't say that's the answer. Even if that does help, it shouldn't be necessary. The app itself however is easy to programme, once you get on it. Just so frustrating trying.

The app has always been glitchy but customer service used to be nice and helpful. I have been having various problems with connecting the app to the wifi, now if the opener is connected to the wifi I can't even control it through the app anymore be it wifi or bluetooth, tried to contact them via Facebook like I used to, waited for almost 2 months and still no reply!! Don't bother getting the wifi version if you haven't got one already!!

This app is poor, it rarely works and has left our hens exposed to predators. We've finally given up and bought a brilliant opener from Omlet for our snaplock clever coop. Have had this opener & app for a few years & have spent a lot of time frustrated with the constant issues. Wasting time clearing cache, uninstalling, restarting, changing settings still to hit a wall when trying to get on. I think the creator has given up on it. It's dangerous, hens could be locked in/out with no control.
