Working in unison with the Hercules recruitment App, the Hercules OneTeam app continues the digital journey available to construction workers. Using single sign on, workers with a Hercules Digital account (after finding their ideal construction job, local to them) will be able to seamlessly continue their on-boarding journey and access their Hercules profile, including tickets and key information in a secure and confidential.

All data is stored confidentially and is only used by Hercules to effectively manage and communicate with the user. Using a digital on-boarding journey we are able to further enhance our modern slavery and due diligence checks, while providing a seamless experience for our workforce.
