customer service refuse to help when there's a problem because they can't find my order number. won't connect to my cam can't upload with out losing all my data. waste of my time and money!! £600 on a paper weight!!

Worst experience ever. I purchased the Hivemapper-S on release. The S worked for about a month, and now I've spent a year since trying to get support! They're useless on the Hivemapper-S. Their support just keep looping as if they don't read emails. So far, terrible value for money and now just a paperweight.

Works, but could use a few things. Can we add a feature to review some footage, like the last 2 minutes recorded or something? How about giving a option for showing how many megabytes is being uploaded? Or how fast, rather than the numbers that dont seem to have a meaning. And most of all, stop downloading program updates automatically on mobile data. A couple updates used 15% of my mobile data. I dont pay for a lot of mobile data as i never stream music or videos.
