Ratings and reviews

There is no spelling help in searches. Once you filter down a search and select an item to view, you can't go back to the list to look at the other options. If you press back, it takes you to the home screen and you have to start your search again. On top of that, there is no search history to quickly select recently searched items.

Very glitchy. the whole app needs a re-do. I can't even view images right now. No matter what I do, the images just never load. I have to individually click each one lately. The back button takes you all the way back to the beginning instead of back to the search, which is super annoying. It's always been buggy and slow to respond. I love the store and depend on it for my business, but it would be so much easier for me to have things ordered. I also wish there was a curbside pick-up option.

The app is immensely annoying to use. Within the app, attempting to go "back", which in any other app would take you to the previous page, instead returns you to the starting page, requiring you to re-enter your search query each time you go back. It's obvious from other reviews this isn't a new problem, it should have been fixed long ago. Also I have no idea why there isn't a "buy online, pick up in store" option. Btw, these guys don't accept contactless payment in-store, even tho it's 2024 🤦
