I've been playing Hole.io for over a decade. About 7/5 years ago, I paid for the no ads. I do have a new phone and I still have my coins, batteries, gems. All of my skins are gone (again. this isn't the first time that's happened after an update) and now I'm having to watch ads again. I love this game and have been playing for around 13/14 years, I'm not paying for no ads again. Please fix or advise how to fix.

This game used to be good with a fair amount of ads. But now you have to watch an ad every minute of gameplay and the levels are 3 minutes long. It offers you to yriple your winnings if you watch an ad but if you click no thanks you have to watch an ad anyway. It is more ads than gameplay. I mean to watch an add at the beginning and end of every level is fair that's understandable but chopping up the gameplay to watch ads 3 times a level is excessive and throws off the game play.

The game is fun but it always locks up after opening sticker packs. I have to close the app everytime just to continue and sometime it just start back up with opening sticker packs again cause me to be in a loop of opening and closing. Half the time I have to clear the cache just to play. Overall it's a fun game that I have been playing for years but this bug has got to get fixed!
