The Home Network app crashes regularly, which sucks, when for example, I'm trying to disarm the alarm (for which I have 2 minutes before it kicks off), but the app is not responding, and I'm standing there, frantically trying to interact with this useless application, while the alarm is blaring. For a home security system the first requirement is reliability. Fail!

Absolute rubbish. What use is a security system if half the time you can't log on with your phone?? Sometimes you end up with an alarm going off because you didn't un set it when you went outside briefly then you can't log on to turn it off. I've had various android devices and tablets, the only thing that often works is to turn off the hub at the mains then turn it back on again. I've also bought a second hub in case mine was faulty but the new one is just as bad.

Since the Android software update I have been unable to use the app on 4G. It works fine on wifi. I have tried absolutely everything and the only solution was to do a factory reset but it soon stopped working again. The whole system is now useless as I can't access it away from home. Very disappointed as it was not a cheap system to set up. edit: software update on my s9 on 2nd June and the home network is working remotely again.
