Simple interface:
- large buttons
- swipe left and right to change book
- reads book titles aloud
- flip-to-stop: put the device screen down to pause playback
Audiobooks:
- play audiobooks from your device
- position is saved individually for each book
- only DRM-free audiobooks are supported
Podcasts:
- automatically updated to show the last 1-5 episodes for each podcast (configure the actual number)
- fully downloads episodes for uninterrupted playback
Other features:
- high contrast dark and light mode
- customize controls: volume, chapter skip, forward, rewind
- adjust speed: slow down playback for those hard of hearing
- sleep timer: playback stops unless the device is shaken once in a while
- kiosk mode: lock down the app to make a dedicated device*
