Limited usefulness, but has great potential as the UI is improved and more data is made available. More categories would allow the developers to present agencies more intuitively. Sorry, I just don't see police/sheriff departments as belonging in a category titled, "Crisis/Mental Health". Isn't that narrow thinking one of the reasons why our country has inappropriate responses to crises? Add a category for "Law Enforcement" and guide people with mental health crises to appropriate clinicians!
