We've had this for over 2 years at work. Its never worked well, with distorted sound being a huge issue, calls ending before you can pick them up and if you're lucky enough to get connected, its a gamble whether you stay connected. Frustratingly, when we approached Horizon to get help, we were told no one else has reported issues and it must be our internet connection. 40 people in different locations, all with dodgy internet!

Very annoyed with this app. It's using up all of my battery. From 100% full charge without even using the phone I've lost over 20% in minutes of unplugging. I'm charging my phone a couple of times a day even with the power saving mode switched on. Have done a device battery check and it comes up that this is the only app draining my power

It's just horrendous. Have to use it because of work like most people because of covid. The sound quality of the calls is awful, and working with elderly clients you really need it to be as clear as possible. Transferring calls is like spinning a roulette wheel, so I take down details and email the person too just in case it doesn't go through. I have to restart the app/my phone multiple times a day, as I suddenly stop receiving calls. I'd rather sit in a perspex box in the office all day..
