I tried to get a subscription choosing their offer for 6 months. it was a nightmare. when I finally got it, after jumping through oops, I had the option to choose between two plans options that I didn't want. I got stuck there without being able to get my original choice. Well, too bad, if it is that complicated I can certainly live without it.

I had difficulty at 1st getting into the apps content, got help and I have really enjoyed it! However I would like it MUCH better if there was a way to put the music on auto replay, since it takes me more than 20 minutes to fall asleep. Most of the videos are only that length, so I have to open my phone and having light hits my eyes, makes it more difficult to get back into the near sleep start I was in. I hope they can fix this issue. Insomnia is a beast!

I just bought the lifetime access to all the recordings through their desktop website and they didn't even send me a receipt or login information. The thank you page only gave me a link to down load the app here. They don't even give you a customer service email or contact form. I had to ask for a an email confirmation twice before I could get in the app. When I was finally able to get in I only got 3 short introductory videos, Not the whole library that I bought. What a bunch of scammers.
