By far the best internet company I've been doing Business with! No lies,I pay my bill and there are no new or extra charges. The gentlemen that installed the equipment were polite and absolutely the most knowledgeable people I've ever met. The company only employed people from our communities, Americans, living in the state of Oregon. when I contact customer service or technical support I talk to an American and don't have to repeat myself 10 times. They deal with the issues and fix the problem

app really has a lot of problems. saying it can't connect, update or call. pin in lieu password does not work. you have to put in both if enabled.
