I switched from buggy lichess and it works great. just not as many players here yet

The ui is subpar for either blitz or bullet, very cumbersome, especially for a premium subscription, it makes the subscription not to be worth it. Besides, they removed the video archive, so only a few videos are available on both app or web, compared to the old icc. Example: attack with Larry C, John Watson videos, etc are no longer available.

A poor relation to the big players. Clunky interface, no secure password reset, random server drops, input lag. Lichess is immeasurably superior and entirely free. This would have to be at least as good and offer more besides to convince anyone to use it.
