IDBI Go Mobile+ Application is used for doing Financial Transactions through UPI as well as other Payment modes like NEFT, IMPS etc. Moreover the App uses SMS sent functionality to verify Customer Mobile Number registered with Bank as well as device binding and SIM binding for Security purposes and as per UPI and RBI guidelines.

Activation of IDBI Bank Go Mobile+ App couldn’t be easier and takes only a few minutes. Simply download the Application, just like you would have installed any other android app from Google Play™ Store. You can then instantly activate the Mobile Banking App (one-time activity) and set your personalized MPIN by authenticating your Debit Card or Internet Banking credentials. On successful authentication, you can immediately start transacting on your accounts.

Before activating the Mobile Banking App, please ensure that you have registered for the mobile banking channel. If not, you can do so at the ATM or through your Internet Banking account or by submitting a channel registration form at the nearest Branch.

You can view the account statements on the go at your convenience, even while at work or commuting. Checking the balance in your account, managing and scheduling utility bill payments, adding a top-up in your prepaid mobile phone or DTH account, paying VISA credit card bills, or instantly transferring money from one bank account to another through IMPS is now possible at the click of just a few buttons on your phone.

Banking through the IDBI Bank GO Mobile+ App is not only very simple and convenient but also saves your time or a visit to the Bank branch. You will also receive an SMS alert whenever a transaction is initiated in your account through any digital banking channel like ATM, Point of Sale (POS), Internet or Mobile Banking.

IDBI Bank uses sophisticated encryption technology for secure data transfer from your mobile phone to the Bank’s mobile banking server. Every transaction or beneficiary addition requires a dynamic OTP (one- time- password) authentication.

one of the worst banking apps. user interface/ dashboard looks nice at a glance. features also look good. but once you start using it. then you come to know of the glitches. 1 out of 3 times things won't work. after banking hours 2 out of 3 times things don't work. and worst part errors also not displayed properly as to what went wrong. sometimes deleteing Nd reinstalling the app works other times that also won't solve the issues

For the past 1 year, i have been fed up with this app. Whenever i try to make some transactions, the app doesn't work properly. Most of the times it won't even log in. All i can see is the loading screen for about 4 or 5 mins, and then it crashes. I am thinking of changing the bank. This app is supposed to get the banking easy for its customers, but it rather does the opposite.

Don't know why it didn't open many timeson repeated attempts. Everytime, it asks you to get the app from playstore. There, I see it already installed, tried opening it from there, it would not. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled. The same thing continues. So now I have it but can't activate & use the mpassbook. Worst experience- but doesn't surprise me thanks to consistent lousy and incompetent grievance handling by IDBI Bank's IT dept. Utterly disapponting!
