"IOC Binh Phuoc" is a mobile application developed by the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group, considered the "digital brain" of Binh Phuoc province.
The application is a tool to support building e-government, moving towards digital government, serving the direction and administration of leaders and authorities at all levels in the province.
The application has the features of instant assignment, intelligent reminders, monitoring and management of targets in real time; was built to monitor and administer the following areas:
- Indicators for reporting and statistics on socio-economic;
- Operational efficiency of the government and public services;
- Traffic safety, security and order;
- Medical;
- Education Department;
- Management and use of land, construction planning;
- Cybersecurity, information safety;
- Press information, social networks;
- Communicate, serve and receive feedback from citizens.
