The application offers an up-to-date list of apartments of individual projects, a list of favorite apartments, the possibility to reserve an apartment from the Čerešne living project online or to see what your future bathroom or bedroom might look like through the interactive apartment standard selector. You can calculate the amount of the mortgage thanks to the mortgage calculator or get an overview of news, promotions and the current status of construction projects.
The effort is to provide current and future clients with above-standard services, up-to-date information from projects and documents related to living in one place, and to make the process of choosing and buying new housing easier and more convenient.
In addition, clients of ITB Development have access to all necessary general and personal documents related to their housing. The application provides clients with an archive of e-mail communication with the seller, so you can find all the necessary information that the seller sent to your e-mail.
