love this game, sadly since the last update all progress was lost and now each time you open it you have to start again

i havent uninstalled this app and have played recently yet just opened it now my save is gone. the strange thing is that the previous areas i had unlocked in the first world have the balls in them from when they were unlocked, but are locked now and no prestige points anymore and everything plus the chrystals are all gone as well as other worlds

broken, wont save progression. please fix
