Can you please make the app customer friendly and also add some FAQs for downloading ebooks or other instructions.. Needed it fr beginners.

It is just wasting time & money I won't recommend that course for any body no one explain in the class, you can't get your money back if you decide not to go further with the course and you can't keep the sources for the information such as you can't download the reading & print it also i can't have access to these reading after you finish with them the course. It is really annoying and wasting for money & time. It is rip of.

This app deserves a MINUS 5 stars. It tells me I have the Inkling app, but the only thing that opens is the Inkling eBooks app . . . Not what I need for the courses I'm taking. And I'm not allowed to install the app I need, because the eBooks app is already installed and will NOT UNINSTALL. There seems to be no way to alter the account to get the plain Inkling app. When they offer it on Google Play, I guess they expect you to play, not work to better yourself. Extremely, profoundly, disappointing.
