I had the option of 2 bus stops to get on bus but it only gave me one of them, which was slightly further away than the other one. App invites you to 'get a ticket' but only gave a few options of bus services including intalink explorer and under prices it gave a few options including a day pass but that was for £7.60, there was no smaller single journey options! When the bus arrived it turned out it only cost £2 for the journey. So it was lucky I ignored the app and asked the human driver!

Not very good at all in finding places. Tried streets in North Herts where I know there are bus stops, but jumped to places far away such as Enfield and Yorkshire. If you try just the town name it starts and ends in some very odd locations - not what I would call the centre of the town. Even Google search is better. Really disappointed.

Unreliable bus journey information and sometimes completly inaccurate. For example, yesterday it showed a 301 (half-hourly) service as running, when, at the same time, the Arriva (the operator) App showed it as cancelled! It's one redeeming feature is that it shows buses from multiple operators.
