I charged my 2021 Jeep Wrangler at my dealer Nucar Automall, St Albans, VT, USA yesterday. It was smooth using the app to initiate, pay and monitor the session. I did play with the app and clicked on the directions icon for the charging station 00155 and was taken to Eastern Europe Kazakhstan instead of local Vermont. The GPS coordinates were wrong. Also, it would be nice to be able to upload/add a picture of the charging station location. 11/14/24 address/GPS updated to reflect correct location

Around the Albany NY area this is the worst network in terms of app functionality. In principle one opens the app, selects the appropriate charger and starts a charge session but in reality their app always returns a cc error. So everytime one has to scan the QR and enter details for a one time transaction. Tedious. Very responsive customer service but can't resolve. Rest of app looks good but just never had the opportunity to actually use it. Stick to ChargeHub, ChargePoint & EV Connect.

Chargers are 'unavailable' at Hilton Garden Inn, Clifton Park, NY. They do not show up on Plug Share either.
