both the app and the online site won't let me log in, I've had problems before with the videos not loading on the app with the solution being to not use the app (by customer service). this product is absolutely trash to charge $50 a month

This app just opens a terrible web browser that connects to their website. Controls are terrible and is just about unusable on a phone or tablet.

Oh god that was bad. Took a chance after reading the reviews . Also didn't make it past the log in screen . Just going to download skillcat instead .
