Ratings and reviews

Very poor service. They will call you day and night to get the payment done. Once registered, they haven't bothered to contact even once. They don't update site. There are no matching profiles, lot of fake profiles, some are married. When you contact them, they don't pick your phone. In case, they attend the phone, they will give you lame excuses, like (They asked me to upload more photos when I have already uploaded 5 photos). I won't recommend this matrimonial service to anyone.

Extremely disappointing service. The platform has no relevant profile matches. It’s better to use the free version and never waste money on upgrades. Once you make a payment, the customer support becomes unhelpful and unreasonable. Their team will call you persistently to collect payments, but once paid, they ignore you completely and provide no real service.
