The app didn't like it when I did not go out a couple of days and kept telling me to relaunch or restart my device. This I did, but did not make any difference, so I have days with nothing recorded for those days, and the red message at the top has not disappeared. Also, the surveys stuck at day 1 saying there was a fault and I have not had any more. Waste of time.

App doesn't work. It keeps stalling, tells you to wait 10 minutes before submitting a survey, you come back a whole day later and still get the same message. When you ask it to log a trip, it takes forever to load a map, and then logs all sorts of mini trips that you've never made. Not a very reliable app for logging trips accurately, in my opinion.

Thanks for your feedback. The app is meant to capture journeys passively, adding trips manually is not required if the authorisations are set properly. We apologise for any inconvenience.

I did not use the app for two days and now I cannot record trips( 2 today). I keep getting a message instructing me to close down my device and relaunch the app but all the information I have submitted will be lost so what is the point of the app, if it fails to function if you don't undertake a trip?
