About this app

With the digital account in the JAPAMI application you can make your payments safely, quickly and from anywhere you are.
The features included in the new JAPAMI App are:

● Check the balance of your accounts.
Through the JAPAMI App you can check the amount of the receipt for the water, drainage and treatment service.

● Save accounts.
It has the functionality of being able to store one or several accounts to be able to consult more quickly the detail of the billing of the water, drainage and treatment service.

● Download receipts from your accounts.
It has the functionality of being able to download and/or view the receipt for the water, drainage and treatment service in PDF format.

● Make payments online.
You can make payments with a debit or credit card, either VISA or MASTERCARD.

● Download payment receipts.
Once the payment is made through the JAPAMI App, up to a history of 5 payment receipts can be consulted.

● Create account.
This functionality is for registration through an email, in order to access the JAPAMI App.

● Recover password.
This functionality is to send the password to the registered email.
