Doesn't let me upload receipt for my paddle despite it meeting the requirements. Error is always showing that photo is too large and above 10MB when I am uploading only less than 1MB.

the play button disappeared from my infinity home page and now the robot is useless. I have sent multiple emails and called the customer help line at least a dozen times and every time there is nobody to help me just a busy line I can't even leave a msg on.

I've had this app for a couple weeks and the home page is exactly the same as when I started. The latest news banner is almost six months old. I get daily notifications encouraging me the sign up for coaching. Sent an email asking if the app was still being supported and haven't heard anything in over a week.
