Jeevan Vigyan follows a strictly scientific approach an is completely free from any communal, sectarian or religious affiliations. More than two million people from around 55 countries have directly benefited from Jeevan Vigyan’s in-person programs, besides millions who have benefitted from virtual and online sessions. Currently, there are about two hundred physical and zoom daily yoga and meditation classes in different languages offered by 1,200 trained Jeevan Vigyan Instructors.
