The Jeeves app just got its biggest update ever!
Jeeves now supports English, Spanish (Mexico), and Portuguese (Brazil). Choose your preferred language in Settings → Language.

Jeeves gives you and your team everything you need to operate across the globe.
With the Jeeves mobile app, you can easily check your available balance and add receipts to all of your Jeeves Card transactions. As soon as you’ve finished swiping your card, simply pull out your Jeeves app, snap a photo of your receipt, add a note or memo, and say goodbye to crumpled receipts.

We are excited to announce that your Jeeves cards are now available as part of your mobile app experience:
- View all of your Jeeves cards. New Cards view of your assigned virtual and physical Jeeves cards.
- Manage your cards on the go. Freeze and unfreeze cards you’re not using to prevent unauthorized charges.
- Access virtual card details. Easily view and copy your virtual card details without signing into your desktop experience.

In this update, we're introducing two powerful features to enhance your experience:
■ Multi-Language:
Use Settings → Language to switch to Spanish (Mexico) or Portuguese (Brazil).

■ Push Notifications for Card Failures:
Never miss an important notification again. If your card transaction fails, you’ll receive a push notification instantly, keeping you informed and allowing you to take action immediately.

■ Real-Time Support Chat:
Need help? Now you can connect with a real human support representative within seconds. Get assistance with everything you need, directly through the app, making support quicker and easier than ever before.

Biggest POS of any company expenses card app we've used. You can't even get card details - you have to use the web site. Operations require an email OTP, when every other app uses biometric security. Settlements take 2 days to be credited to your account, while other apps take maximum 3 hours. This is the 21st Century. Hopefully they will pull their socks up and catch up, because it could be a great platform.

A good App but the 'remember my device for 90 days' box doesn't work. Edit - it worked once and now it doesn't

We've been working together a month or so, and they're pretty nice folks. Helpful, friendly and always going that extra mile, doesn't matter if you ask for it or not.
