Login needed me to change my password when i switched apps. But the old one was fine on the other app. I feel the older app was easy-to-use . The new app will send messages every time i want to check my balance and an email causing me to lose data

Terrible support for a sub par banking institution. They have continually sent our mortgage bill late for close to 4 years (i.e., it arrives 2 days before it's due) then charge late fees when they don't receive payment back within that timeframe. Would not recommend banking with them.

When trying to make a payment there is no way to see the numbers from the credit card. For example I have more than 1 credit card with citi bank/chase etc. so I have to call the companies to make a payment which is very frustrating
