Thought it would be cool to "email" photos directly to Mom's digital photo frame from anywhere in the world. The Vankyo digital frame boasted about that ability. The frame's email address is tied to this JointFrame app's service which expires quite quickly & demands a paid subscription. No mention of that nonsense pre-purchase. Can no longer "email" photos to the frame, regardless of the fact that it is still connected to WiFi. Don't buy any digital frame that partners with this app.

I strongly agree with a lot of people here. The frame was sold without any preconditions that we'll need to pay for subscription down the road. Now, it wouldn't let me upload the pictures without subscription. And, I am not subscribing to it. It's dishonest business practice, in my view. They should have told us about mandatory future subscriptions at the time of the sale, not after. Sad!

Don't buy any frame that uses this app. It's a SCAM!! The frame company never tells you that later in time, you have to pay a subscription to get access to the frame. All your photos are stuck forever on the frame. You can't even get them off to put on a different device or add any more to this scam frame unless you pay. A complete ripoff.
