This app would be great if it didn't have so many errors. The staff never seem to have a solution. They could just say that instead of throwing out a useless answer that doesn't work: change your password, uninstall and reinstall the app, log out. I've obviously done this before reaching out. These "solutions" are just canned replies that don't get anywhere. 99% I have to figure it out myself. This happens way too often and the staff should be trained on how to assist with an outage.

Still a struggle to use this app over just using the website. It is slow and inconsistent; whereas, the website is a breeze. I am a heavy user of the library's online resources, which are wonderful. After using their app for a couple of weeks, I dumped it... again. This is the second time I have cast off this library's app, which is baffling because the library is notorious for providing patrons with superb resources.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the KC Library app. A person can practically do (almost) ANYTHING using it. VERY simple to understand AND use, fun to look @ all of its options and tells me important details like: the library's hours, schedule of upcoming events (as well as, those details, as well)?! 😁 😉
