I used to like the KFC app, but this latest update has made it completely unusable. First off, I can no longer use my existing account, which is incredibly frustrating. Every time I try to place an order, the app goes into an endless loop and does absolutely nothing. I've reinstalled it multiple times, but the problem persists. This app has gone from being convenient to an epic fail.

It always goes back to the menu whenever I check out my order. The app is very buggy for me as well... The app needed to be fixed and have more options, the past deliveries for checking your current order for delivery is not part of the app. And there is no confirmation as well once the delivery is a completely done.

welp, i just spent nearly an hour trying to order but it keeps looping/loading to the menu screen and asking for an address. not the most amusing thing when you're hungry af. uninstalling & just choosing another fast food joint lol.
